doctor appointment and other interesting tidbits.

Connor and Chloe had their one month check-up. Yes, I realize they are six weeks, but that's how timing worked out with their discharge date and first round of Hepatitis B vaccinations. Chloe weighed in at 8 pounds, 15 ounces and 20 inches long. Connor followed at 8 pounds, 14 ounces and 20.5 inches long. They are keeping neck and neck in height and weight! They are both 10-25% for height and weight and progressing in a nice pattern up the chart. They both did well with their shot, just cried for a short time, then quickly settled down. They both peed on the scale again.......darn kids! LOL!

They have outgrown newborn size diapers and have moved into size 1. We tried to use up all the newborn size....but their chubby legs just were not allowing it! They are still able to wear some newborn size clothes and are starting to wear 0-3 month clothes. Chloe has had some fussiness that we think may be gas, so I started to fortify the breast milk with a different formula and will use that formula (Similac Advance Soy) instead of NeoSure when we feed her formula. Hopefully that will make a difference and help her to feel better.

Ok, the babies are sleeping.....need to switch out the laundry and get some cleaning done!

Later, Jennie

So glad to see they're thriving and growing so nicely. Those babies are just too precious and you must be so proud.

Awe... It will be interesting to see how close they are and how they take care of each other as time goes.

You're doin' great mom - I'd still be freakin' out!
