Where did the last year go?

Honestly, I don't know where the last 365 plus days went.....some days are a blur!

We had a small family celebration on Friday. It was fun watching C&C enjoy/ignore the cake!

We had a one year doctor appointment today and all things look great! Here are the stats:

Chloe
4 pounds at birth. 20 pounds 4 ounces today.
29 inches long.

Connor
4 pounds 11 ounces at birth. 21 pounds
30 inches long.

I need to double check the weights on my sheet downstairs, but I'm pretty sure that is what they each weighed.

First birthday celebration!

I'm working on making C&C's first birthday cakes......hopefully they will turn out half as good as I'm picturing them in my head! We are have a very low key birthday celebration. It will be C, C, Daddy and me enjoying homemade birthday cake and whole milk (ok, i'll pass on the milk!). Saturday Chad and I are heading out on a date while C&C spend the evening with Nancy and Amy! I haven't uploaded the latest batch of photos from my camera yet, but here are some from late July/early August.
