Still photos of the WWB.

Remember, it's the Wild Wrestling Babies. It's a new circuit. But, it's only playing in our living room right now....we may expand coverage to other areas soon.

She's going to hate me for this someday.

But, the pretty, pretty princess is sitting up by herself. I guess her big baby booty helps her out somehow!

Glasses make me look smarter.

Well, don't they? My daddy thinks so, even if it takes him a few tries before we tolerate them! We'd try on mommy's glasses, but she wears bug burners and we're afraid it will permanently ruin our eyes!

The premiere of The WWB.

WWB: Wild Wrestling Babies. I'm pretty sure it's the premiere of this fabulous event.

Remember this?

Twin record

Chad and I decided to stop using it today. Obviously C&C are getting enough to eat. Neither has a problem in the diaper department. Both are eating plenty and have built some fat reserves (someone more than their twin). We are going to keep track of any medications given on a monthly calendar. I think we've been leading up to this for a few weeks. It's going to be odd not keeping track of their daily intake!

We have a nice weekend at home. Right now C&C are on the floor playing with their daddy.

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!

night two...

Bedtime was much easier than last night, thankfully. Hopefully C&C will sleep well tonight and give mommy a break from waking up too much!

I need to organize and upload some videos, plus take some more. The little smarties are figuring out all the tasks on their exersaucers. Connor has been going to town on it! Chloe is just Chloe :-)

I love C&C

but God love them, they drive me crazy sometimes!

It's team Mommy for a few days. Well, C&C decided to both scream and cry at bedtime tonight.......and the worst thing to do is tense up and stress out. They totally feed off of it. Thankfully, after almost an hour of fighting sleep, they gave in to the sandman. but...Clo-clo is now up....let's hope she goes down again easily.....

wish me luck and sanity!

Great doctor report!

Connor and Chloe were deemed right on target by their doctor! Here are their stats from yesterday:

Chloe:
17 pounds, 1 ounce
25 1/4 inches long
15 3/4 inch head

Connor:
16 pounds, 12 ounces (just five ounces shy of his sister's weight!)
26 1/2 inches long
17 inch head

Connor gained just short of a pound from his four month visit two months ago, Chloe put on about 2 1/2 pounds from her four month visit. These babies are definitely shy about eating.

Connor slept through the night Thursday night, and had been getting up about once for the past week or so. Chloe, on the other hand, misses us so much she needs to see us FREQUENTLY through the night. We are working on that....she needs to get on board to Operation Sane Parents!

I need to upload some new video of the two love bundles. Their personalities are starting to show so much and they are usually happy babies! (they are both napping as I type this).

Chad and I are heading out for a kid-free date today. One of his coworkers offered to watch C&C so we could get some adult time. We are so grateful for the offers of help so we can get out alone and enjoy each other!

I'll try to post some video this weekend.

One year ago.....

This adventure started. I left work early to go for my first ultrasound. Little did we know that we'd leave the doctors office hearing that I was 7 weeks, 3 days pregnant with TWINS. I remember looking over at Chad after the tech told us it was twins and telling him "i'm sorry". Goofy, huh? Maybe I was apologizing for the sleepless nights that I knew were coming. Good thing he was sitting down. The rest of the day was a complete daze for both of us.

It's hard to believe it's only been one year since we started the adventure. Our life has never been the same! To see the two little peanuts at our first meeting go here.

Let's compare the blobs to the chubby blobs they are today:
And by chubby blobs, I mean delightful joys in our life!
Notice the wet patch on Chloe's head on the above photo....a little munching on her head from dear, sweet Connor!
